Gentian ÇOÇOLI

Gentian Çoçoli comes from the southern Albanian town of Gjirokastra, near the Greek border. He is founder and editor of the literary periodical Aleph and currently works for the Ministry of Culture in Tirana.

Çoçoli is the author of two volumes of verse: Qytetrime të përkohshme (Transitory Civilisations), Tirana 1996; and Perimetri i hirit (The Perimeter of Ashes), Tirana 2001.
